Our Vision of Leadership & Love
We at DITR believe in a structured system. We believe a good leader, leads by example, not by seeking power from those led. We believe that at the core of a good leader is service and submission to the common goals and needs of those in our care. Using the life of Christ as our example, we have set high expectations and standards of behavior for both students and staff.
Our Vision of the Future
Although DITR is a not-for-profit organization, we believe others should benefit from our program. Our program is designed to train and empower, to affect change in our students’ lives. We aggressively prime and prepare our students to enter the business world. We accomplish this by partnering with professional organizations in our community. Our program doesn’t stop upon completion but continues throughout the student’s life.
